   Our policy invites all kinds of relevant feedback, including (but not limited to):

   • Suggestions for improving our courses, including recommendations for enriching our content further, optimising the structure, and improving user experiences.

   • Expressions of gratitude for platform features that are uniquely super useful and appreciated and/or any kind of user satisfaction testimonial.

   • Identification of challenges or impediments encountered during course navigation or platform utilisation.

   • Any other relevant, pertinent comments or astute observations aimed at refining and elevating the overall learning journey.

   We adhere to stringent confidentiality, and data protection protocols, ensuring all feedback received is handled discreetly and with the utmost respect for contributors' privacy.

4. What to Expect from Us.

   We will acknowledge all received feedback and follow up within 10 business days (not including weekends) and resolve and close incidents within 14 days, unequivocally affirming the value we place on our member’s insights.
